This contract describes the terms and general conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") applicable to the use of the services offered by Buenos Aires Anglers S.A. This agreement will be governed in all its points by the effective laws in the Argentine Republic.

Any controversy derived from the present agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, reaches or fulfillment will be put under the arbitration of the Enterprise Center of Mediation and Arbitration, in agreement with the effective regulation of this court. The seat of this arbitration will be the Independent City of Buenos Aires and the procedures will be carried out in Castilian language.
